Welcome

I am a migration and political communication scholar at Tel Aviv University and Goethe University Frankfurt. Currently, I’m a fellow at the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities.

My research focuses on attitudes, migration, and political communication employing quantitative and computational methods as well as natural language processing. The results were published in esteemed general social science journals like Social Forces, European Sociological Review, European Journal of Political Research, and top-tier specialty outlets such as Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies and Mass Communication and Society, amassed over 1,000 citations on Google Scholar, and earned the Janet A. Harkness Award of the World Association for Public Opinion Research and the American Association for Public Opinion Research and the German Preis der Fritz Thyssen Stiftung für sozialwissenschaftliche Aufsätze. Moreover, these findings were featured in national and international media and influenced global and EU-level policy institutions.

As an educator, I am enthusiastic about teaching quantitative methods and research design. I have several years of teaching experience across various institutions, which also includes supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses.
